Job Description
Regional Sales Manager duties and responsibilities include selling goods, contacting customers, explaining product features, answering any questions that their customers may have, and negotiating prices to meet annual territory sales revenue expectations.Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Identify prospective customers by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferencesContact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needsHelp customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulationsEmphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitationsAnswer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product usesNegotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processingCollaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing informationFollow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns of other colleaguesMay offer specialized knowledge of aftermarket/system sales.Deliver assigned sales goals / targets per annual territory budget.Expected travel 50%.Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of CRM processes and procedures, preferably using Sales Force.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficient in MS OfficeEducation/Experience5-10years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing salesHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
