What You'll Do
•As the Power Automate Technical Lead you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our project teams through the entire lifecycle of technology based solutions from conception to deployment
•Your expertise in Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform will be critical in delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations driving significant business outcomes
•Solution Design & Leadership: Drive the design of automation solutions using Power Automate ensuring they meet client needs and project specifications
•Hands on development of automation solutions using Power Automate and deploying them in production
•Help derive the ROI and NPV for driving investments in RPA/Hyperautomation for clients
•Lead and mentor a dedicated team of engineers promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
•Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Act as a primary liaison with clients understanding their needs providing expert advice and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded through the delivery process
•Strategic Growth & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to strategize on growth and profitability
•Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends in automation and the Microsoft Power Platform and other Hyperautomation technologies leading the charge in implementing best practices and innovative solutions
•Oversee delivery operations ensuring high-quality service and aligning with client expectations
•Continuously refine delivery processes for increased efficiency and client satisfaction
•Leverage client relationships to uncover new business opportunities driving revenue growth
Minimum education qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.The ideal candidate will have:
•A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing automation solutions for business use-cases of varying complexity
•Experience with implementing Power Automate for automation use-cases -Must have
•Experience with implementing UI Path, Blueprism, custom scripting for automation use-cases -Good to have
•Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and foster strong client relationships
•Expertise in solution architecture and project management within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
•Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining effective client and team relationships
