Review and post invoices for all orders and usagesProcess payments from customersProvide copies of invoices, credit memos, and related documents to customers and Sales RepsAssist with data entry and reconciliationCommunicate with customers and Sales Reps to address billing-related questions

Previous experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency in data entry and reconciliationAbility to work independently and as part of a team
