Associate Attorney – Labor Relations
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Labor Relations to join their San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Attorney who would like to assist in growing a practice under the mentorship of the team’s current Partners.
Requirements:
3-6 years of labor relations experienceExperience with contact administration and enforcement, including grievance arbitrationsExperience defending against unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board is preferredExperience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositionsAdmitted to practice law in the State of California
Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 plus bonus
