Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation
Our client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate should have an interest in growing a practice under the direction of senior counsel.
Requirements:
4-7 years of employment litigation experienceExperience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.Experience counseling clients on employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, and training materials.Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
Base Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + Bonus
