We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!! We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6 hours per day)
Pay $12.00 per hour
This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day-to-day office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answering PhonesA Customer ServiceCreating bank depositsCollecting current and past due accountsEntering and processing credit card paymentsEntering payments into the Fish 3 databaseCreating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processesTraining window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properlyFiling all necessary paperworkPreparing and sending notes to customersMaking reminder calls for scheduled cleaningsPreparing formal bid proposals for potential customers
Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
