Part Time Administrative Assistant

Fish Window Cleaning is currently hiring for a part time administrative assistant in the San Diego area.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!! We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls

Pay is $13.00 per hour

This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day to day office duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering PhonesCustomer ServiceSales CallsCreating bank depositsCollecting current and past due accountsEntering and processing credit card paymentsEntering payments into the Fish 3 databaseCreating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly.Filing all necessary paperwork.Preparing and sending "Thank You's" to all residential customers.Call each residential customer 1 day prior to their scheduled cleaning.Prepare formal bid proposals for potential customers

Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
