The Primary Care Provider (NP / PA) will be responsible for:
Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population.Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:
1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidateBachelor's DegreeOne of the following NYS licensures: FNP, ANP, and/or PA
