The NP/PA will:
Take histories, perform physical examinations, and prescribe treatment and medication for conditionsDesign and participate in quality improvement activities, including Medical Record Peer Review, performance and procedure audits, outcome audits, and focused reviewsCoordinate tests, referrals, and care of patients outside the centerMaintain legible and appropriate documentation of medical recordsParticipate and attend provider meetingsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
NP: Master's Degree (NP), NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensePA: Bachelor's degree (PA), NCCPA CertificationCurrent Registration to Practice in New York State.
