Business Analytics Manager

Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a Consulting Manager of Business Insights is responsible for collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to support and ensure the delivery of data applications and platforms. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis, adjustment, and reengineering of different aspects of the systems and business processes. You will work closely with the IT and Business Teams to provide support and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.Job Duties:Analyze business requirements and work with business stakeholdersCommunicate data architecture to development teamsConsult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are metUtilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboardsPartner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutionsManage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvementsPartner with Business Analysts to bring new scalable solutions to business functionsLead validation efforts to ensure data qualityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.6 + years of experience in a BI Space. Manager Experience is preferred.Ability to articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms and architectural optionsKnowledge of Tableau and Power BI Business intelligence reporting tool is a mustCPG or Retail experience preferredCommand of the process of business analysis and insights, best practices, templates, etc.Experience in mapping complex processes and integration processesExperience going beyond number-crunching, reports, and dashboard creation -- ability to understand the business impact of the data and make recommendations based on your findingsExperience with project execution and dependency management from tech teams to business usersExperience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured dataConsulting experience highly preferredBenefitsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
