This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a 40-hour work week, including daily 30-minute lunch breaks.

Compensation and Benefits : Our client offers a competitive $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary (Flexible/Negotiable commensurate upon experience)

Mon - Fri, flexible schedule between 7am-7pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-4-pm on Friday.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic exercises and education to improve physical function, alleviate pain, and enhance mobility.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine appropriate physical therapy treatments. Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions based on individual patient needs and goals. Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' physical functions, alleviate pain, and enhance overall mobility. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, strategies, and lifestyle changes to support continued recovery and prevent future injuries. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to improve patient care and clinic operations. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland. Proven experience working in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs and schedules. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
