Physical Therapist owned Outpatient Private Practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct therapy sessions using various techniques and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Qualifications:
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
Experience preferred, preferably in an outpatient setting; New Grads welcome.
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
