Job Description:

We employ community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of

Adolescent Medicine Physician.

The Physician will provide medical care to treat, prevent and/or diagnose illness, disease, or injury. The physician will examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status, analyze records, reports, test results, and/or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient, prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination. The physician will also focus on explaining procedures and discussing test results on prescribed treatments with patient and advise patients and community concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. The physician will collaborate with and non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc). The physician will perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs/demands.

Experience and Skills:

MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency programCompletion of Fellowship in Adolescent MedicineBoard CertifiedValid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLSUnderstanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferredAnnual salary from $180,000 to $215,000 per year

Annual salary from $180,000 to $215,000, depending on experience
