Intaker is a hyper-growth technology startup headquartered in Los Angeles. We build innovative software tools for law firms to automate their client intake. We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech.SDR Career growth at Intaker:

The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs' careers to the next level within 12-18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4-6 months before graduating from SDR to Account Executive. SDR promotions consist of raising compensation, new responsibilities, and higher quotas. The promotion requirements are simple: Exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.Sales Development Training & Ramp-up:

First 7 days: Get to know the product suite and understand the sales ops.First 30 days: Master lead qualification methods and responding to advance objections.First 60 days: More coaching and Ramp up to your quota.First 90 days: Learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors.SDR Responsibilities:

Multi-channel cold outreach at least 80+ prospects a dayUpdate and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRMConsistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings setTrain junior SDRs after a few months of joiningConstantly raise the bar and improve performancePreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, communication or a related fieldAt least 1 year experience in SDR rolesPrior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and strong desire to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation:

Base Salary Plus Commission & BonusBase Salary: $47,000 - $50,000On target earnings: $57,000 - 67,000Perks:
