SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Property Services Sales Account Manager is to grow a sales territory that focuses primarily on the Multi-Family market. The Account Manager will be responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve targets by prospecting new accounts and increasing opportunities with existing core customers.
Essential FunctionsCultivate and develop new business opportunities through creative prospectingMaintain and grow existing customer relationships with follow up on a scheduled basisMeasure floor plans and provide pricing leveraging technology to create custom bidsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targetsAll other job duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications1-2+ years prior outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality1+ years in Multi-Family or related trade (property management or sales)Excellent verbal and written communication along with problem solving abilityTech savvy with experience in Microsoft productsValid driver’s license and insurable; own reliable transportationFlooring knowledge is a plus
Job CompetenciesBasic technology skills, including MS Office SuiteStrong communication skills, including written communicationHigh level of organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlinesAbility to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others
Pay range: $50K plus commission and auto allowance
