You have come to the right place.Descriptive SummaryThe Account Manager is responsible for maintaining close working relationships with and generating new business from existing key customers for customer satisfaction. This role gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, and understands strategic business challenges and priorities.Essential FunctionsGenerates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events, and computer programs.Contact assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business.Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts.Teams with individuals within sales and key corporate personnel to communicate account plans, and pricing, and aids drive sales.Works with the internal support team to maximize sales and revenue growth.Develop, execute, and communicate business plans for profitably growing sales of assigned customers. Provides market and competitor information to appropriate channels within the company. Accountable for attaining assigned sales quota, part margin.Responsible for interacting with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service-related issues.Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts that are regional or national in scope and make regional or national purchasing decisions.Drives sales by creating, executing, and communicating business plans to grow sales for Interior Logic Group.Negotiates regional contracts and rebate programs. Ensures effective implementation of regional account programs through all sales channels.Responsible for maintaining a current and competent base of product knowledge and applying that knowledge when servicing customers.Responsible for maintaining and submitting all required sales administration reports. Regularly attends company meetings.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in office related field or comparable work experience.SAP Experience.5-8 years of account management experience.Ability to demonstrate or display office protocols to staff and other departments.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent customer relations skills.Ability to meet deadlines and respond to sporadic requests in a professional manner.Experience building relationships with customers.Appreciation for, and desire to be, a contributing part of a winning team with the ability to work well with coworkers in proximity.Technical aptitude to learn all flooring products and effectively communicate that knowledge to customers.Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.Pay range: $50K plus commissionIf you like working with a growing close knit team and helping homeowners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
