The Sales Consultant must be personable, friendly, honest, enjoy talking to people, and be able to close a deal.General Responsibilities:Understanding and working with Automotive computer systems and processesKeeping informed and compliant with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations that affect vehicle salesHandling finances and working with the Finance Manager to ensure the customer understands and is comfortable with the processUnderstanding and communicating how to service and maintain vehiclesCreating good customer relationships and having a good customer baseTaking customers on test drives, ensuring all proper paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate.Requirements:Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and WordExperience with CDK eLeads or another CRM Application is an assetAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedA desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid CT driver’s license and a good driving recordGreat attitude with high-energy personalityPrevious sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidateCompensation and Benefits:In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees;Health and Vision insuranceDental InsuranceLife and Disability InsurancePaid VacationJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $60,000 - $150,000 per yearWeekly SalaryWeekly CommissionMonthly BonusesSchedule:Five-day work weekSaturday availability
