SUMMARY

Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and complies with all State and Federal banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, Customers Right to Privacy Act, Regulation D, Regulation DD/Truth in savings, USA Patriot Act, CIP, Elder Care, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and Privacy requirements as they pertain to this position. This position is responsible for escalating suspicious activity to the BSA.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities include performing servicing request and monitoring of existing loans including tickler follow up.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for conducting post-closing audits to comply with loan authorizationsEnsures financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents, and UCC ticklers are current and properly maintainedResponsible for follow up on delinquent loan accountsHandles all servicing requests (including, but not limited to: deferments, collateral substitutions, restructures and assumptions) requested by a borrowerCollects and analyzes annual financial information from clientsMonitors loans for possible risk rating changes.Monitors classified loans on a quarterly basis using Special Attention Credit reportsFollow up for renewal insurance policiesPerforms various other duties assigned by the department supervisorComplies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required trainingSKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with SBA and/or USDA lendingWell-developed written and oral communication skillsDetail oriented, good problem solving and negotiating skills are required to overcome obstacles and drive the closing process to meet deadlinesAbility to read and interpret complex commercial loan documentsAbility to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of customersEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year University3-5 years of commercial/SBA loan related experience

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the annual range of $60,000 - $80,000. Annual ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
