$83,000 - $115,000OBJECTIVE (POSITION SUMMARY)The SAP Application Manager will oversee the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP ECC applications, focusing on the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules as well as SAP PI. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SAP systems, particularly in finance, logistics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will manage a team of SAP professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the SAP solutions align with the company's business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:In this position, the SAP Application Manager is responsible for:SAP System Management

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of SAP ECC applications, with a focus on FICO, MM, and SD modules.Ensure the SAP systems are running smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and addressing issues promptly.

Project Leadership

Lead SAP ECC implementation and upgrade projects from planning through execution.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECC solutions.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of SAP analysts and developers.Provide guidance and support to ensure team members can achieve their professional goals.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Business Process Optimization

Analyze business processes in finance, procurement, and sales to identify opportunities for improvement using SAP ECC solutions.Work with business units to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through SAP, FICO, MM, and SD modules.

Support and Maintenance

Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP ECC-related issues.Ensure that all SAP systems comply with corporate policies and industry regulations.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.

Training and Documentation

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of SAP ECC systems.Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP ECC processes configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTSEducation:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.SAP certification in FICO, MM, and SD is highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP ECC application management, with a focus on FICO, MM, SD, and PI modules.Knowledge of TM highly desirable.Proven track record of successfully managing SAP ECC projects and teams.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC modules: FICO, MM, and SDStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule:Full time schedule of minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility to complete all required job duties and responsibilities.Availability for on-call support and occasional travel as needed.Work Environment:

Usually moderate noise level.Climate controlled office environment.

Salary Range: $83,000 - $115,000

*** Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual's education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

Other compensation includes, but is not limited to, bonuses, commissions, or stock options.
