Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented
IT Project Manager
to lead and deliver critical IT initiatives that support our global logistics operations. This role will drive end-to-end project execution ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in IT systems and project management methodologies, paired with the leadership skills necessary to align diverse stakeholders and navigate cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
As an IT Project Manager at Radiant, you will: Lead & Manage Projects:
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and quality issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to keep projects on track. Dependency & Roadmap Analysis:
Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to map dependencies, analyze project roadmaps, and prioritize key initiatives. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and aligning goals throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to refine workflows and resolve delivery challenges. Performance Tracking:
Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Meeting Facilitation & Problem Solving:
Lead project meetings, clear blockers, and ensure momentum is maintained through creative problem solving and strategic decision-making. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: Required: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally focused on systems implementation or software development. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex IT initiatives to completion. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification. Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Work Schedule Full time schedule of minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility to complete all required job duties and responsibilities. Physical Requirements Regular physical demands: Walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; use fingers for keyboarding; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Work Environment Usually moderate noise level. Climate controlled office environment.
