Come explore Novanta.As a Sales Account Manager, you will build customer connections, identify needs, and sell products. You'll have an assigned account list, region or customer grouping. You'll achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation to drive revenue. Cross-functional collaboration will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

Selling solutions to customers by analyzing needs, recommending solutions, providing technical support and product information.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive key company initiatives.Analyzing data and developing a strategic approach for the industry and the offered solutions.Managing and negotiating contracts, pricing, and overall account strategy to defend and profitably grow business.Creating and managing a Sales Plan to achieve growth targets using Funnel Management techniques and metrics.Requirements

Have sales/account management experience in medical/advanced manufacturing industry.Be results-driven and customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work well in a team completing tasks efficiently.Ability to identify new sales opportunities, managing contracts, pricing, and overall account strategy.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and other languages as required.Have experience managing and executing a sales funnel in Sales Force (SFDC) or equivalent.Strong ability to manage the details associated with a technical sale across multiple customer projects at any given time.Ability to manage both internal and external relationships in order to best serve the customer need as well as drive growth in the organization.Outcomes / KPIs

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,725 per year to $123,371 per year depending on the geographic market.Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.Novanta supports all aspects of your life’s needs.
