Now were searching for a brilliant Senior Staff Software Engineer to join us and develop the software infrastructure for high-profile projects.
What You Will Do: Bachelors Degree (BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science) or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-7 years of development experience. Minimum 2-3 years of team lead and mentorship experience. Expert experience with .NET and C# Expert ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune software code. Demonstratable experience building and supporting reliable, always on backend services. Experience building solutions using AWS and terraform Experience with docker containers and container orchestration systems Experience with scalable distributed systems Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) Experience working with non-relational databases (Mongo, DocumentDB, Dynamo, Redis, ElasticSearch) Experience building internal tooling to manage backend services using Angular Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a lead position, respecting and welcoming ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts. Excellent communications skills: must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to adapt to the level and nature of their audience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a careful approach to handling issues. Ability and desire to learn new technologies.
About You: Work with your manager to gather requirements, plan the implementation, and lead the implementation and delivery of features in an agile lifecycle. Ability to become an expert in the companys internal software system to best architect and implement our solutions Designs and implements software solutions by writing code in a matter consistent with the companys coding standards and guidelines. Responsible for testing code to ensure that it is performing as expected in regard to correctness and performance. Manages programming tasks and ensures they are worked on in priority order as determined by their manager. Keeps track of bugs in the code and provides fixes in a timely manner. Participates in the planning and scheduling of tasks, and responsible for meeting deadlines as determined jointly with their manager. Produce internal and external documentation for more software components. Recommends changes and improvements in the overall shared codebase. Stays up-to-date with current development tools, processes, and techniques as related to the type of programming tasks assigned. Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

The minimum salary for this position is $156,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Washington-based employment:
The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $222,000.00. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the employees total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation. Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage, group and supplemental life insurance, 401(k) with company match, up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO), paid sick leave, eight (8) paid holidays per year, eight (8) weeks of paid paternity/maternity leave, and tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, other health benefits through VIZIOs employee assistance program (EAP).
