As our Key Account Manager, you will directly manage and develop several direct high-potential accounts across North America. You will achieve growth through the development and execution of strategic and tactical account penetration plans, as well as provide ongoing account management support. This role requires a high level of expertise in consultative selling, marketing, training, contract negotiating, and sales forecasting. Your responsibilities will also include:Creating, implementing, and managing system fabricator segment strategies to expand PendoTECH's share in the SU market.Assuming a leadership role in the development of sales opportunities within the segments for all targeted markets.Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the SU segment and establishing strong business relationships between PendoTECH and selected Key Accounts.Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with all levels of key accounts.Developing and implementing annual key account plans and growth strategies.Developing and conducting sales/service and technical training programs at key accounts.Identifying product and market opportunities for existing products in the portfolio and communicating new product opportunities.Participating in the contract negotiations with key accounts and maintaining contract pricing schedules.Monitoring key account performance vs. sales results and other criteria.What You Need to Succeed

Bachelors degree in a life science field.3-5 years of sales experience in the life science market segment.Strategic account management experience.Ability to travel up to 50% across the whole US.Our Offer to You
