Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. Monitor account performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Minimum of 6 months experience in key account management. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
