The Role
Moderna is seeking a Digital Senior Solution Architect, SAP Sales and Distribution, who will be based out of our Norwood office. In this role, you will take pride in staying on top of the latest technology trends while delivering innovative and transformative Digital solutions Commercial Operations. Candidates will excel in this role are able to understand the complex challenges of global Order to Cash (OTC) processes while marrying system capabilities to meet those needs.
This role will be the key Solution Architect for the Digital Order to Cash organization. The individual will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to implement processes, technical solutions, and continuous improvement using SAP S/4HANA and a variety of Commercial applications. In addition, this role will collaborate with digital and commercial colleagues to establish foundational processes while building an innovative roadmap.

Here's What You'll DoServe as an SAP Order to Cash functional expert to the Personal Cancer Vaccine (PCV) team. You will use your experience in defining, designing, and configuration across SAP Sales & Distribution functional areas
Collaborate with business users to understand business requirements to understand key business goals and translate those to SAP Solutions.
Define project Scope and develop project plan to includes, project implementation estimates of time frames, quality and quantity of resources required, RAID to successfully implement project.
Contribute to solution design, configuration/development, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support activities.
Build strong relationships with your peers in the Digital Organization, business stakeholders, and technology/service partners.
Design enhancements to SAP standard solution or new custom solution, and work with developers to implement the solution.
Provide ongoing continuous improvements consultation to business stakeholders and advisors
Stay current with and adopt new tools and applications to ensure high quality and efficient solutions while proposing to leadership ideas to keep us innovating and remaining relevant.
Provide clear documentation for delivered solutions and processes, integrating documentation with the appropriate corporate stakeholders.
Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of hands-on Consulting or Industry Experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Minimum of 3- 4 SAP end to end implementation projects experience
Demonstrated performance as SAP Sales & Distribution Solution Architect
Hands on Experience in configuring and deploying Sales & Billing solutions, Intercompany, Pricing, Make to Order, variant configuration, 3PL/4PL Integration
Well acquainted in integration with other modules like FI/ CO/ IM/WM/ MM/PP, APO
Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology
SAP S/4HANA experience
Proficiency with SAP and non-SAP integration with EDI, Manufacturing and logistics/XPS systems
Hands on experience with SD integration with batch management, Sample management, Make to order manufacturing processes
Ability to understand business requirements, manage user stories and define, document, design & deliver SAP Configurations, and functional specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical people alike.
Excellent project management, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
Quick learner. Demonstrate initiative and ownership.
SAP certification preferred.
Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Life Science, or highly regulated industry preferred.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and simultaneously organize work across multiple projects.
Be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Be self-driven, willing to collaborate, think creatively, and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
Self-directed with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to drive results on multiple complex assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
