As the Account Manager , you will play an instrumental role in ensuring optimum client satisfaction and flawless execution, working hand in hand with the Account Directors on the production-related details of each campaign.Edge Direct ,a division of Moore, is a results-driven fundraising company that has proudly served some of the world's best-known causes for nearly a century. We combine our strength in technology and unmatched industry expertise to provide clients with strategy, creativity, production, media, data, response management and analytic services.For more information about Edge Direct and Moore, please visit www.edgedirect.com and www.wearemoore.com.In the role you will:Assist Account Director(s) with the execution of clients’ direct marketing campaigns, following all production-related aspects of the job from receipt of initial concept through invoicing.Gain clear understanding of Campaign Program Plan and build out all package details in Edge Directs production database (SPOT) requesting new or revised toolboxes as needed.Work with Account Director to build cost estimates to determine package costs to assist Strategy/Sales in setting Sell Price/Budgets to the client.Coordinate with production facilities and lettershops to prepare and manage comprehensive job schedules AND keep SPOT updated at all times.Effectively communicate to the client team all due dates based on production and supplier schedules and work with team when things get off track to get the campaign back on schedule.Communicate all changes that could potentially impact overall package performance to the AD and revise package components with AD’s approved revisions, via Prepress.Initiate “art purchase” process once program creative is finalized.Collaborate with Account Director and Pre-Press teams to prepare accurate component mockups based on Program Plan and secure client approval for timely job release per production schedule.Double check all components against final Program Plan/Concept Memo before releasing components for production.Understand campaign schedule requirements and know when to escalate issues to appropriate internal personnel to keep campaign on schedule.When data is delivered to Edge, send Imaging Dummies to the Data Team and confirm presort specs, post office and mark the mail grid complete.Prepare postage requests for client and check requests to Accounting when needed to ensure all stamp/coin, commingle and EPS funds are requested and available per the campaign production schedule. Follow up to ensure funds are received according to the schedule.Review and approve all imaging signoffs from the Data Team.Prepare job Pre-Invoice instructions for Finance with Account Director approval; update final postal, package cost and sell details in SPOT.Assist with Acknowledgment Programs, as needed, from pricing, inventory management, mail reconciliation and billing.Attend bi-weekly production meetings to update the Operations team on the status of all pending jobs and report back to the Account team any issues that arise.Maintain and ensure 100% accuracy of “Client Standards.”Stay current on postal regulations and production procedures.What we seek:Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who will take initiative and follow through on projectsTake charge, positive attitudeHighly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-taskAble to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to effectively perform in a dynamic work environment - and remain calm under pressureStrong problem-solving skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsGeneral database knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Our benefits:To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and paid time off so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.Moore is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer .
