What you'll be doing:

Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of businessSell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needsUtilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriersManage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24/7/365Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust

What you need:

College degree preferred, but we have successful Sales Representatives without oneA strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peersExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectivelyThe ability to work in an office equipped with the latest technologiesPrior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectivesA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
