for its Hematology/Oncology department. Signing bonus is available for this position!
Primary duties for this position include but are not limited to:Comprehensive direct patient care: Supporting healthcare providers in various procedures, administering injections, and assist in patient rooming.Nurse visits: Complete nurse appointments for seamless patient care delivery.Efficient scheduling and monitoring: Managing imaging and follow-up appointments to ensure timely and accurate patient care.Streamlined coordination of ancillary and treatment appointments: Facilitating smooth transitions between various medical appointments for comprehensive patient care.Patient-centered communication: Engaging with patients effectively to address their needs and concerns with empathy and clarity.
The successful candidate must maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. The qualified individual will be patient focused and must work well with team members. Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems. Experience in a medical office performing similar functions is preferable, but not required.
