This requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep comprehension of our products and services.What you'll do as a Customer Relationship Manager:Own the customer relationship and be the trusted advisor for their technology strategy.Manages the relationship between LoadSpring and the consumer, including front- and back-end operations in sales, service, and support.Engage business owners and C-level buyers in conversations about their business strategies and recommend technology solutions to support those strategies.Explain the technology behind the solution and prioritize the deployment of the technology solutions.Perform strategic account reviews with clients regularly and identify projects, products, and services that will help them achieve their goals.Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making on the next steps.Charts and analyzes data to show customer profitability and customer information, such as interaction points, customer revenue, and expense.May work with Customer Service, Marketing Services, and Operations to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value.What you'll need to be a successful Customer Relationship Manager

:4 to 6 years of experience in a technical account manager, solutions architect, pre-sales, or relatable roleBachelor's degree preferred .Knowledge of IT and related concepts and the ability to communicate them in a clearly understandable way to clients.Demonstrated knowledge in both IT and business with the ability to critically analyze the impact of technology solutions.Ability to work with a multitude of businesses, technologies, applications, and personalities.Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.World-Class BenefitsWe are proud of our high-energy and all-around fun working environment.
