Overall Goal of the Director of Revenue Operations Position:

The Director of Revenue Operations manages mix, margin, pricing, and product strategy initiatives across the Condiments Business Unit at Sauer Brands. The position directly reports to the President of the Condiments Business Unit and is responsible for ensuring topline growth at a sustainable financial profile to support the strategic objectives of the business.

Director of Revenue Operations Job Summary:

Key responsibilities of the Director of Revenue Operations include:

Oversee pricing, product, channel/customer mix and other revenue enhancement initiativesOversee planning functions for the business unit, including capacity and portfolio allocation across manufacturing plantsLead go-to-market strategy with Sauer Brands Commercial Team to shape competitive differentiation by channel (Retail, Away From Home, Export, and Ecommerce) and by brand (Branded vs Private Label)Mentor and coach a team of pricing, and planning specialists, to include managers and analysts

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Director of Revenue Operations:

Determine all pricing and product mix across retail and foodservice channels, and with a heavy focus on trade management strategies.Lead a high-performance, cross-functional team that relentlessly drives company performance through coaching, skill building, and effective leadershipDevelop actionable customer-specific strategies with the Commercial team to assist them in driving profitable growthWork alongside R&D, Packaging, & Project Management Teams in developing and completing customer RFP ‘s and/or new product development.Create channel appropriate Sales Support materials for foodservice and retail sales teams to increase their effectiveness in advancing Sauer’s distribution and sales priorities; support customer specific presentation development as needed.Provide insights to the strategic planning and annual budgeting processes to drive profitable growth of our brands across all targeted channels.Optimize BU mix decisions, to include product allocation across manufacturing plants, and translate mix management decisions into effective planning and scheduling across BU manufacturing facilities via management of a high-performance planning team.Support Sauer Brands’ Senior Leadership requests be completing ad-hoc analysis of business trends, strategy recommendations, and forecasts projections for Condiments Business Unit.Work cross-functionally with Corporate Procurement to drive and implement Sauer Brands commodity purchasing strategy.
