Job DescriptionJob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Technical Business Analyst. The primary responsibility will be to work closely with end users to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and guide them to the best solutions, primarily within M365. This role must have expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform. The position requires someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills and the ability to foster strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Collaborate with end users and customers to understand their business requirements and objectives.Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.Design and propose creative solutions using SharePoint Online and the M365 Power Platform.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are delivered on time.Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Continuously improve processes and solutions by staying up to date with the latest SharePoint and M365 Power Platform features and best practices.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Requirements:Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site collection administration, site design, and customization.Experience with the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Proven ability to work closely with end users and customers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and develop creative solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.Experience working in an agile environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Must be local to Cincinnati area and required in office 3-4 days/week.
