Agility Partners is seeking a qualified M365 SharePoint Online Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled SharePoint Technical Business Analyst to collaborate closely with end users, analyze business needs, and guide them to optimal solutions primarily within M365.Responsibilities:Collaborate with end users and customers to understand business requirements and objectives.Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.Design and propose creative solutions using SharePoint Online and the M365 Power Platform.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site collection administration and customization.Experience with the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Proven ability to work closely with end users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and experience in agile environments.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.Must be local to the Cincinnati area and available in-office 3-4 days per week.
