Overview:In this role, the HR Effectiveness and Governance Leader will have the opportunity to improve the way Revvity's HR organization works and supports the broader Revvity organization overall. Responsibilities will include making improvements to HR programs and processes to increase the efficiency of the HR organization. The role will include a mix of project-related work as well as areas of continuing responsibility. Reporting to the HR Operational Excellence & M&A Leader, the HR Effectiveness and Governance Leader will have significant opportunity to collaborate with other members of the HR leadership team and will manage employees.

Role & Responsibilities:Identify and initiate projects to improve HR team's work processes, including:

Continuing the implementation of HR solVVe

Oversee and drive the completion of uploading knowledge base documents and employee recordsDrive adoption of HR solVVe by Revvity employeesEnsure HR team meets established SLAs

Establish strategy for SharePoint sites owned by HR (employee facing HR sites, and HR4HR) to drive relevance of such SharePoint sites

In collaboration with HR leaders, establish strategy of using SharePoint and HR solVVe to inform Revvity employees regarding HR programs and services, and update SharePoint sites in accordance with such strategy

Strengthen HR governance related principles and processes, including:

In collaboration with the HR Operational Excellence and M&A Leader, manage People & Culture Roadmap, and interact with HRLT members on prioritization of HR initiatives/projects and track progressDevelop and enforce HR governance policies and best practicesIdentify and manage the documentation of HR process workflows

Improve Workday organization and data

In collaboration with Workday team, review current roles and security of HR team members, and drive updates to improve Workday work processesConduct regular audits of Workday organization and data by gathering input from HR business partners and work with the HR Technology team to make appropriate improvements

HR Vendors Management

Create and maintain data related to HR vendorsEngage HR SMEs / contract owners ahead of contract expiration/renewal dates to determine strategy for contract renewal or search for new vendors, and supervise the renewal/contracting process

Ensure that Distribution Lists managed by HR teams (e.g., manager DLs and global HR DL) are regularly kept up to dateOther special projects as the need arisesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8 years of progressive HR experience ANDA minimum of 2 years of HR Governance and HR Effectiveness experiencePreferred Qualifications:Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience managing global stakeholders and interacting with senior leadersKnowledge of Workday and processes strongly preferredSignificant experience working in a global organization with matrix organization structureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who can learn quickly and able to solve projects in a consultative mannerWhat do we offer?We provide competitive and comprehensive benefits to our employees.
