Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm

(Mon & Fri remote, Tue - Thurs on site)Pay Range: $40 - $42/Hr. on W2

Job Description:

We are looking for a financial analyst for a hybrid role.This individual will be working with team members from various time zones throughout our project (Europe, APAC, West & East coast of USA).

Client Impactful Work:

Seeking an employee to lead a division-wide headcount reconciliation and cleanup effort, lasting 3-4 months.In this role, the employee would work with individuals across nine different sites and global functions to ensure headcount classifications in our HR system (Workday) are accurate.To support success going forward, this employee would be rolling out training to all functional partners to ensure that processes throughout the division are corrected to prevent the need for future clean up.This effort will ensure information used at all levels of the organization is clean so decision making is supported by reliable data.

What You'll Do:

Partner with HR and division finance team to align on functional definitions to implement across the division and prepare kick off material to be presented to project partners.Extract and package data set for current state headcount coding that will be shared with all functional owners to scrub and send corrections.Facilitate touchpoints with cost center owners and functions throughout the project to ensure any questions from our sites are being addressed.Collaborate with IT and HR to consolidate changes that will need to be made in Workday.Coordinate with finance contacts to ensure alignment between Workday and our financial system (Hyperion Planning) which provides an accurate reflection of headcount units and expenses.Document the end-to-end onboarding process emphasizing how the cost center flows through the planning processAt the conclusion of the project, recommend and present the governance process to ensure the outcome of this project will be maintained and monitored continuously.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.Previous experience provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

IT finance background and systems knowledge (Workday, Hyperion planning) is preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills working across various functions to achieve a common goal.Constructive demeanor with emphasis on teamwork.Proven track record of strong attention to detail.Desire to formulate and drive process improvements.
