Job Title: Financial Analyst III
Location: Hybrid role based in Waltham, MA (M & F remote, T-TH on site)
Job Description:
We are looking for a financial analyst to join our team for a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA. This individual will collaborate with team members from various time zones (Europe, APAC, West & East coast of USA) throughout our project.
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR and division finance team to align on functional definitions and prepare kickoff material for project partners.
Extract and package data sets for current state headcount coding to be shared with all functional owners for review and correction.
Facilitate touchpoints with cost center owners and functions to address any questions from our sites.
Collaborate with IT and HR to consolidate changes needed in WorkDay.
Coordinate with finance contacts to ensure alignment between WorkDay and our financial system (Hyperion Planning) for accurate headcount and expense reflection.
Document the end-to-end onboarding process, emphasizing the cost center flow through the planning process.
Recommend and present a governance process at the conclusion of the project to ensure continuous maintenance and monitoring of the project's outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Preferred IT finance background and systems knowledge (Workday, Hyperion Planning).
Strong oral and written communication skills for working across various functions to achieve a common goal.
Constructive demeanor with an emphasis on teamwork.
Proven track record of strong attention to detail.
Desire to formulate and drive process improvements.
Additional Information:
Work Environment: Hybrid role with hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Project Duration: Approximately 4 months or until project completion.
