RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Frontend Email Developer responsible for creating best in class digital experiences, supporting digital marketing efforts through the management of our the company's enterprise content management system and email marketing platform. The Frontend Email Developer will support growth of the team and organization through implementing technical solutions using the most relevant development tools/techniques, insistently optimizing, and bringing efficiency to team processes. This role will combine content management, digital marketing, commerce, and customer insights to deliver personalized content in real time that's scalable across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Administer the organization's Web Content Management system (web page template management, page editor, metadata editor, SEO management, page versioning, site search, page access, rule-based publishing and workflow, multi-domain deployment, internationalization, etc.)Create/edit HTML and CSS/SASS responsive layouts for multiple channels (web, email, display, etc.) based on design requirementsAnalyze user story acceptance criteria to ensure technical feasibility and point out potential issuesSupport the discovery, prioritization and execution of bug fixes and enhancementsWork with backend developers on building out web page functionality using APIsWork with the UX team on attractive, easy to use, high performing UIWrite well designed, testable, efficient code while making recommendations for process/coding improvementsTrack, manage, and lead teammates on short term sprints, and long-term deploymentsMentor teams to develop technical solutions using software application tools SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and AgileCollaborate with teams and implement the most relevant development tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)Relevant licenses and certifications5+ years of Email Development experience building responsive designed emails and email templates from scratchExperience with CSS, Javascript/jQuery, CSS/SASS, HTML5Understanding of technical SEOProven proficiency in development technologies such as PHP, Bootstrap, Drupal, JavaScript, WordPress, Sitecore, HTML5, CSS to develop mobile responsive websites and applications in an agile environmentUser Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) experienceDeep understanding of website and landing page best practices with a direct marketing focusEffective communication and analytical skillsSolutions-oriented with collaborative and proactive approach to problem solvingSelf-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStays current with industry best practices and always seeking new ways to bring efficiency to day-to-day work

Preferred Qualifications:

Development/related certifications nice to haveExperience with Sitecore, Drupal, and WordPress CMSExperience with Adobe CampaignExperience with Adobe XDs, WorkFront, Airtable and AzureExperience supporting teammates through complex development projectsDeep understanding of agile project management methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Creative, QA)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
