RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Business Consultant. This position is responsible for the execution of email campaigns supporting marketing. Duties will include HTML coding of emails and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder email templates and components, processing and uploading lists, QA testing of emails and executing email sends.
Responsibilities:
Creating and sending emails on behalf of various business unitsManaging targeting lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and performing quality assurance processes on each listDocument requirements needed for projects and processes within the email spaceAssist with small projects related to digital messagingProvide ad hoc reporting as neededAnalyzing deliverability data and identifying potential issuesREQUIREMENTS:
Typically, 5 or more years working experience in an email production environmentSkills should include HTML and CSS development for email (this is not the same as web), experience in one of the top email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Cheetah Mail, MailChimp as examples)Proven knowledge in HTML across multiple email clients and platformsExperience with an enterprise Email Service Provider requiredProven knowledge of software programs on PC windows computing platform such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, VisioAbility to understand and develop business requirements in regards to email and content managementExperience with Microsoft Office programsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize and schedule production requestsCreative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tacticallyAbility to analyze and resolve publishing/production issuesSFMC/Content Builder experience preferredExperience working in Workfront, Litmus, Excel and Adobe CS Suite desiredThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
