The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial functions, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the strategic direction of Glenn Burdette.Responsibilities:Oversee all financial aspects of the Firm, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate riskMonitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance against budgetEvaluate and recommend improvements to financial processesManage the administration and communication of the ESOPMaintain compliance with ESOP regulations and reporting requirementsQualifications:In-person position – San Luis ObispoCPA strongly desiredExperience with ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) strongly desiredProven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFOStrong understanding of financial regulations and complianceExperience with financial software and systemsStrategic mindset with the ability to contribute to organizational growthReady to take initiative and handle tasks proactively within the role10 plus years experience with Professional Service Organization and more than 100 employeesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCompensation range $150,000-$250,000
