With 160+ employees spread across India and US locations.Overview: Join the hiring company as a Customer Engineering Director, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their cutting-edge AI solutions. As the Customer Engineering Director, you will lead technical engagements with customers, collaborating closely to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI products.What You Will Do:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirementsOversee the successful implementation and integration of AI solutions into customer environments.Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve any technical challenges faced by customers.Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, providing valuable feedback on product enhancements and improvements based on customer experiences.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic technical guidance.Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and machine learning, both internally and externally.Partner closely with the Customer Success group to drive initiatives ensuring customers derive maximum value from AI products.Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention.Leverage experience from a fast-growing organization to thrive in dynamic environments and drive scalability.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer engineering efforts with overall business objectives.Work with product management to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs.What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering)Proven experience in a customer-facing technical leadership role, preferably in AI or related technologies.Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in Fintech or banking is a nice-to-have.Demonstrated success in technical customer engagement and collaboration.Experience in a fast-growing organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Compensation:Compensation is expected to be between $170,000 - $210,000 .
