Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 160+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.
We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys contributing to process improvements.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.Create high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.Collaborate with product, demand generation, and event marketing teams to create compelling content.Manage external writers and agencies as needed.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content.Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Base compensation is expected to be between $90,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
