What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain, improve, and expand web applications and data pipelinesCreate secure, maintainable, performant, correct, scalable, and stable solutions to complex challengesEmbrace strategies that minimize risk and prioritize observability, alerting, metrics, and high test coverageCollaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted technical decision-makerCoach and mentor other engineers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of experience without a degree6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications4+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying language4+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker4+ years of experience coaching other engineers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience building full-stack web applications in any language/frameworkProficiency with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworksExpertise in at least 1 server-side web technologyFamiliarity with relational database systemsExperience with API design and development
