Reports to a Director of Engineering.What You’ll Do:
Manage a Delinea sprint teamCollaborate with other managers and product managersWork specifically on products related to cloud-hosted and on-premises applicationsContribute to the design and architecturePeople management as well as project managementWork closely with architecture and staff level engineers to design, prototype, and build new featuresMake team progress visible via dashboardsWhat You’ll Need:
2 years+ experience running an Agile sprint team5 years+ experience as a software engineerTeam mentality. What is best for the business and not necessarily for you personally or your team individuallyExperience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and web application technologiesFull software development lifecycle experience is requiredExpert-level interpersonal skills2 years+ experience in building distributed applications that scaleExperience working with large volumes of dataExperience leveraging APIs and Web Services such as REST and gRPCStrong understanding of Object-Oriented principlesExperience with developing, leveraging, and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications.Experience with and the ability to teach others how to deal with large codebasesSolid experience with unit and automated testingStrong sense of ownershipProve ability to get projects over the finish lineExperience costing stories and the ability to teach others such that carry-over is minimalExperience with Agile software development methodologiesExperience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS)Never be satisfied with mediocrityWe'd Love to See:
