The Position:
We are seeking a Operations Coordinator to support the General Services Administration with project management and process improvement tasks. Some examples of responsibilities include:
Develop in-depth knowledge of executive level client issues, needs, and contexts
Manage administrative tasks proactively and effectively, demonstrating excellent time management
Tasks include email management, notetaking, stakeholder communications, scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, etc
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline client operations
Proactively identify program risks, and deploy mitigation strategies
Support the planning and management of meeting logistics, materials, and follow up actions
Coordinate and provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, working groups, integrated project teams, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operations activities
Develop program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google Sheets

BA / BS Degree
Experience providing operational or administrative support
Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills.
Experience with Google Suite
Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverables
The Location:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., but this role is 100% remote.
The Fine Print:
Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs
This is an exempt, full-time position
Essential Physical Functions
Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time
Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
