Senior Research Associate, Analytical Development

Our Analytical Team is growing! Reporting to our Senior Scientist, Analytical Development, we are seeking a Senior Research Associate, Analytical Development to join our organization. In this role, the individual will perform various assays to analyze quality attributes of our lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), oligonucleotides and mRNA, with a focus on biophysical techniques. The individual will also contribute to method development to advance our knowledge in product attributes of these components.
Key Responsibilities
Follow documented analytical methods to perform dynamic light scattering (DLS), RiboGreen assay, FFF-MALS, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) and various chromatography techniques (SEC, IPRP, AEX) for the analysis of LNPs and the encapsulated cargos.
Collaborate effectively across both research and process development teams for phase-appropriate analytical support at required timelines
Document and communicate findings at a variety of settings from group discussion to companywide meetings.
Contribute to development, optimization, and troubleshooting of new analytical methods
Document and maintain organized electronic records of work
Qualifications
BS/MS in engineering, chemistry, biology, or other relevant degree
1-3 years of academic or industry relevant experience
Hands-on experience with analysis of lipid nanoparticles is preferred
Must be able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized, proactive, and work well under deadlines
Ability to interact and communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels of management
