We want you to bring your entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic, and unique skillset to our team!QualificationsUnderstand principles, practices, codes, and standards of civil engineering.Advanced knowledge of the approval and permitting process for projects.Effective communication, financial management, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects, clients, schedules, and budgets.Communicates in a timely and effective manner within the team and with clients, various agencies, and other disciplines and managers.Serve as the main point of contact with the client; receives and conveys client goals and objectives to team members.The estimated starting base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000.Additional Compensation:Twice Yearly Performance-Driven Bonuses401(K) Profit Sharing BonusThrivePass Health & Wellness AccountCell Phone StipendAt Galloway our salary range is based on several factors including skills, location, education, credentialing, and experience. Pay is carefully considered for each person to ensure equity for all employees.Recent Awards:Top Workplace USA 2021, 2022 & 2023Zweig Group Top Firm to Work For 2020 – 2022Zweig Group Hot Firm 2021Denver Post Top Workplace 2018 – 2022Denver Business Journal Best Place to Work 2019 – 2022Your Day to Day:Act in a lead position, providing technical direction over a group of civil designers and functioning as a technical specialist and consultant for our internal staff.Lead new business development, promote repeat and referral business with existing clients, and participate in networking events and business development meetings.Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, promotional materials, and professional services agreements; is responsible for the preparation, obtaining internal and external approvals, and managing final execution and subsequent amendments.Plan, develop, and coordinate the team during the execution of projects.Takes an active role in coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibility to less-senior level staff; provides daily “on-the-job” training for team members.Manage project budget; communicate budget allocation to staff for their respective assignments.You will love our
