Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizationsConduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positionsPost to niche job boards, as neededCoordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairsAssist in on-boarding new hires during peak seasonMain point of contact for recruitment marketing collateralMaintain and present analytics for recruitment initiativesCommunicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our GuestsPerform other duties as assignedWhat It Takes To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experienceExperience working in a fast paced / high volume environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExperience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferredExperience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferredAvailability to work occasional weekends, evening and holidays.Compensation:
