You'll Get To

Identify and implement continuous improvements to the NPI process for maximum efficiencyAssume full ownership of projects assigned with minimal supervision, working closely with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to define project structureUse project management expertise to collaborate with and empower cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet the project success criteriaManage the everyday facets of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests according to project management best practicesLead, take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguityBe a trusted business partner to all levels within the organization – establish relationships and get to know their objectives, goals, and/or concerns to best support themDrive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, compassionate, data-driven communicationsOther duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Minimum 7 years of project management experience in technology / e-commerce industryProject Management Professional (PMP) preferredProven experience leading large, complex cross functional initiatives and/or NPI processesStrong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalismClearly prioritize and advise organizational change through excellent written and verbal communicationExercise both ‘self-drive’ and collaboration to get results in diverse, fast paced environmentsFamiliarity of Agile SDLCProficient in Smartsheet, MS Project or other project management tool, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of CRM and ERP from a business user perspective; SalesForce and Netsuite a plus

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is: $113,875.00 - $143,625.00
