As part of the Product Management team, you will guide the future of our industry leading Video Based Fleet Management product line that makes our roadways safer! You will be driven toward action and be able to successfully break down sophisticated problems into steps that drive rapid and impactful product development and customer value.
You'll Get ToEngage with target customers and field teams to develop a keen understanding of customer goals, challenges and needs.Work in Agile methodologies to conduct detailed discovery of opportunities and determine learning paths to attain viable and valuable solutions.Serve as product owner on product development scrum teams(s).Understand what product success means & measure results.Attain and interpret data from multiple sources to help guide your product decisions.Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand market trends and provide details to support messaging and collateral creation.Partner with internal team members to deeply understand their needs and constraints to ensure products are viable for the business.Clearly communicate product release plans, benefits and results, to internal partners.Be the go-to expert for your product responsibilities.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.5 + years of product management experience with a focus on software products and technologies.Demonstrated success developing products from concept to launch.Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data.Proven experience to effectively collaborate, present to and distill feedback from technical and non-technical people of varying backgrounds.Proven track record handling multiple contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.Demonstrated ability problem solving impactful initiatives with constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and develop a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.Diverse Perspectives
