Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll helm a team of visionary product managers, crafting compelling visions and sustainable strategies to cement our position as a trailblazer and leader in the industry. Champion transformative initiatives that merge previously separate categories in fulfillment of current needs and in anticipation of moving market trends as we deliver unparalleled value across our product lines.Drive Innovation: Conceptualize, prioritize, and bring to life visionary innovations that set us apart from the competition. From integrated retail solutions to technology and amenity driven holistic experiences, you'll spearhead initiatives that redefine the electrified vehicle charging experience.Lead Product Management Excellence: Set the bar for excellence in product management, guiding your team to new heights of performance and achievement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, identifying and nurturing high potential s to drive future success.Communicate and Collaborate: Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and strategic customers. Effectively communicate our vision, strategy, and product roadmap, garnering support and alignment across all levels of the organization.Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with Program management, Finance, and Operations in helping to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and measure progress towards our objectives.
