Position Summary:
Ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of our product portfolio? As the Head of Product Management, your mission is to propel IONNA to new heights by driving innovation, optimizing efficiency, and fostering strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll helm a team of visionary product managers, crafting compelling visions and sustainable strategies to cement our position as a trailblazer and leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Shape IONNA’s Strategic Direction: Define and align our vision, strategy, and roadmap to position us as the premier vehicle and customer recharging destination in North America.
Drive Innovation: Conceptualize, prioritize, and bring to life visionary innovations that set us apart from the competition.
Lead Product Management Excellence: Set the bar for excellence in product management, guiding your team to new heights of performance and achievement.
Communicate and Collaborate: Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and strategic customers.
Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with Program management, Finance, and Operations in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Experience:
Seasoned Leadership: Bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in software, eCommerce, or product management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strategic Visionary: Possess a keen business acumen and a track record of translating market insights into strategic initiatives.
Effective Communicator: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Prowess: Excel in strategic analysis and decision-making, with strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a relentless drive to achieve excellence.
Passion for EVs: Showcase a genuine passion for charging and a deep understanding of the electric vehicle ecosystem.
Advanced Education: Hold a master’s degree in engineering, design, business, or a related field.
